How to stop......help starting to worry now!

Ok so I am starting to get a little concerned with the amount of weight I am losing. I weigh less than 2 of my 5 year old. I have lost more weight than I currently weigh. I am uncomfortable in bed because I have no padding between my knees. My tailbone is uncomfortable all the time. (I watched a show last week where a lady had hers removed because it stuck out so much after weightloss) I just walked past a mirror at work and I couldn't believe how skinny my arms look. I almost look skeletal. I have no idea how to stop this and my next appointment isn't till the 30th April.
I took a pic of my arm, to show you how it looks:

Any ideas on what to eat to bulk up. And don't say chips, chocolate and full cream milk cause I do all of that now!

  1. Lib, have you thought that you need to start working on muscle tone? It was recently mentioned to me at an appointment, as you don't want your muscles to get too frail.

It would help with the skeletal arms. Otherwise I would recommend a high protein diet (I think you can get shakes, ask your chemist).

    Good luck

  2. My muscle tone is non existant. Thats why my butt looks 60 :( I hope I haven't gone too far that I can't work them back. I feel stronger than I did, and I intend to try the gym at the hotel we are staying at. Shakes are an issue for me, but one I really need to get over :P Thanks April x

  3. Oh Lib, you have come so far but I can understand your concern :-( add a banana and honey to the shakes and use milk not water to make them taste better.

  4. I struggle with shakes, I hate them with a passion. But lately I have had no other options and had to get over it. I make mine with milk rather than water, tastes better that way ;) (great minds Britty!)

Your muscle tone should be ok, just start small. Would be worth seeing a PT for the few little bit too. You'll be right chooken ;)

  5. Looks like you need to build some muscle. So you need a high protein diet and you need to do weights. I would get a PT on board for some advise and look at doing Body Pump also.
